Meet Max

Gennel Properties was founded by Max Gennel, who moved from Sweden to Mallorca in 2016. With a background in real estate, marketing and photography, Max created an agency built around a simple idea — that the right home, presented in the right way and matched to the right buyer, makes all the difference.

With over nine years of experience in the Mallorcan market, Max handles every property personally — from the first visit and photography through to the final negotiation. When you work with Gennel Properties, you work directly with Max.

How we work

Every property in our portfolio is personally visited, photographed and presented by us. We manage everything in-house — the photography, the listing text, the marketing — because we believe the quality of presentation directly affects the outcome.

We work without intermediaries, maintaining direct contact with both sellers and buyers throughout the entire process.
