The third floor has another two large bedrooms, both with en-suite bathrooms and one of them has a walk-in closet and a terrace.
B – In this house the entrance floor has a large garage with room for one car and storage. You enter the house into a welcoming hallway and enter to a large open living room from where you have straight access to the garden and pool area. The second floor has three large bedrooms, one with an en-suite bathroom and walk-in closet. There is one more bathroom and a storage room. From the master bedroom you have access to a small terrace. The third floor consist of a large open area with a modern kitchen and dining area/living room. Here you also have a larger terrace.
Both house types will have large roof terraces, garden, and private pools. You will have the opportunity to choose to add a pool to the roof top, an elevator, or a pergola in the garden.
